With over a decade of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, marketing and CRM, she has worn multiple hats as a user, consultant, and trainer. In 2019, I had the honor of being recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2020.
