Andrew: I’m part of the team of experts at Proximo 3, a specialist Microsoft consulting company. Our team provides consultancy and advice on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform projects. I’m a passionate believer in applying change management to CRM projects and a certified Prosci practitioner.

I’ve been a Microsoft Business Applications MVP, specialising in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, since 2017.

Malin: I’m Malin Martnes, and I’m passionate about helping businesses succeed in the ever-evolving world of marketing and CRM.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, marketing and CRM, I’ve worn multiple hats as a user, consultant, and trainer. In 2019, I had the honor of being recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2020. These acknowledgments reflect my commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry and my dedication to sharing knowledge with others.

My journey started with a deep interest in marketing. Although life initially led me down a different path, I never lost my passion for the field.
