Bio

Neil’s on a mission to help Microsoft customers and partners build agile business applications. He’s well known for his LEGO inspired content in his videos, training courses and even his podcast cover art. He’s been building Microsoft business apps since 2006, using Scrum since 2008 and a Microsoft MVP since 2010. Neil lives in Brisbane, Australia where he enjoys family days out and making pizza.

Dian Taylor specializes in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement technology and process at RSM in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role as a Presales Consultant, she designs custom demonstrations for RSM prospects. Her prior experience in solution designing, implementing, configuring and customizing several complex scenarios in various industry sectors has helped her build relevant customer demos. She has the unique ability to clarify D365 strategies and objectives: modeling and optimizing business processes, defining user requirements, designing fit for purpose and cost effective D365 solutions
